Federal Way 

Federal Way, the 5th largest city in King County was officially incorporated in 1990. Originally a logging settlement in the 1800’s, Federal Way saw significant growth in the 1950’s and 1960’s as it became home to a family friendly theme park (now known as Wild Waves/Enchanted Village), Weyhauser, and subsequently the families of Weyhauser and Boeing employees. Federal Way continues to grow and maintain a balance between residential and commercial, with the focus of the community in mind.

 

In the Stunning Area of King County

In a 2018 census, it was estimated that King County is the most populous county in Washington and the 12th most populous in the United States. About two-thirds of King County’s population lives in the Seattle suburbs. With the Cascade Mountain Range dominating the Eastern part of King County and Elliot Bay extending Southeastward between Westpoint in the North and Alki Point in the South, it is encompassed by sweeping views as far as the eye can see.
