Hi there! My name is Kaylah Shaneyfelt. I love real estate, coffee, making music, and exploring the beautiful scenery that Washington State has to offer.

I currently live in Bonney Lake with my high school sweetheart turned husband, our sweet baby boy Roran, and our 2 fur babies. I grew up around the Roy + Yelm area, so I’m a local girl, through and through.

My favorite thing about real estate is the connection that I am fortunate enough to make with people. I love getting to know you, and the ability to living vicariously through my clients as they explain their hopes and dreams in what they want for their home.
