Vanessa Barr

Born and raised in Pierce County, I started my real estate career in 2018, getting my license to assist in facilitating purchasing and renovating my own homes locally. Throughout this process, I acquired a taste for interior design and an avenue to further exercise my interest in residential construction and real estate. I have 16 years of experience in residential construction as the current Vice President of Edge Construction, a custom home contractor, as well as the current Vice President of Accessibath, an accessibility bathroom renovation company.

I am very involved in my local community and the residential construction industry, serving as an active member of The Puyallup/Sumner Chamber of Commerce, Sumner Rotary Club, and The Pierce County Master Builders Association. I believe that every real estate related transaction, whether it’s a new purchase, build or renovation, is an investment and an opportunity to increase generational wealth. While I currently focus on my family and my roles at Edge Construction & Accessibath, I am proud to utilize my experience, knowledge and industry connections to assist, recommend and advocate for the amazing agents that I get to work alongside at THE | AGENTS Real Estate Group and their clients.
